Notice is hereby given to public at large that the property described in schedule below is owned/purchased by Mrs. Chitra Uday Phadke and Mr. Uday Ashok Phadke from M/s. Jupiter Enterprises by Agreement registered in the office of the Sub Registrar Haveli No.1 at Serial No. 6454/2009. Mrs. Chitra Uday Phadke and Mr. Uday Ashok Phadke assured that they are in possession of the said flat and also assured that they have clear and marketable title and the said flat which is free from all encumbrances and they have full rights to sell the said flat. Mrs. Chitra Uday Phadke and Mr. Uday Ashok Phadke decided to Sale said flat to our client and received some amount as part payment. Any person having any right, title, interest, claim or demand whatsoever in respect of the said flat by way of sale, exchange, mortgage, gift, trust, development rights, inheritance, bequest, possession, lease, license, tenancy, lis pendens, lien, charge, maintenance, easement, or under any Agreement for Sale or Power of Attorney, option, right of first refusal or pre-emption whatsoever or otherwise howsoever is hereby required to make the same known in writing with documentary proof thereof, to the undersigned at the address mentioned below within 7 (Seven) days from the date hereof, failing which the sale transaction shall be completed without any reference to such right, title, interest, claim, or demand and the same shall be deemed to have been waived to all intents and purposes.
